Returns

Change Orders
The production status of the order will determine if the change will result in longer lead times or additional charges.

On custom orders, other charges may apply.

More than one change per order may result in a change order fee.

Cancellations of Orders
We will charge a 10% handling fee and a fee equal to 10% of the price of the piece.

Refunds after Delivery
If a piece has been delivered to your home, you may return it within two weeks of delivery. The purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, delivery and pick-up fee, and repair fees (if applicable), will be refunded.

Custom Orders
Items with custom details and dimensions are not returnable.
